Their games take years and years to make, and it wouldn't be as simple as re texturing levels and adding a photo mode and say please give me your money. I can't see them putting all of those resources in to it for a game that's that old, and for a game that fundamentally feels broken compared to what is sure to be a huge improvement in FO4 mechanics wise, and of course graphical quality. With other remasters, we get photo mode, improved controls, lighting, you get the idea. Given Bethesdas track record on QA for their main titles, I just don't see how anyone there would find it feasible to sit down, hire a third team or outsource it completely, and pretty much have the same, exact, game, but prettier.
