It also only reads the texture folder of the default A320neo. By default, the third-party livery will use the default A320neo interior model and not the A32NX ones. This is likely due to the split between the default A320neo and A32NX package. Some texture also seems slightly off but this is relatively minimal. So, after making the new compatibility mod for the A32NX stable, I have noticed that in third-party livery, the EFB and cup are not visible.
